These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, healthcare management platform, mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Medplix.AI ("Medplix", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Medplix.AI provides cloud-based management software for hospitals, clinics, laboratories, diagnostic centres and pharmacies, including modules for OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, laboratory (LIS), pharmacy, billing, HR, payroll, marketing, owner dashboards, wholesale procurement (Medplix Bazaar) and AI Connect. We may add, modify or discontinue features from time to time.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be a business or authorised representative aged 18+ to use the Services.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your accounts and authorised user logins.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or security breach.
3. Subscriptions, pricing & billing
- Plans are offered on a subscription basis (e.g. monthly figures billed annually). Prices shown are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes are added.
- A free trial (where offered) converts to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe.
- Fees are payable in advance for the subscription term. Add-on logins and AI Connect are billed as published.
- Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable for partial periods. We may revise pricing with prior notice for future terms.
- Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully or in violation of any applicable healthcare, data-protection or other regulations.
- Attempt to access, disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform or other tenants' data.
- Upload malicious code or infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Resell or sublicense the Services without our written consent.
5. Customer & patient data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Services, including patient, clinical, diagnostic and pharmacy records. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data, for obtaining any patient consents required by law, and for using the Services in compliance with applicable medical, pharmacy and data-protection regulations. We process your data to provide the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. Medplix.AI is a software provider and does not provide medical advice or clinical decisions.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, software, design, trademarks (including "Medplix.AI") and all related content are owned by Medplix or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription. You retain rights to your own data.
7. Third-party services
The Services may integrate third-party tools (e.g. payment gateways, messaging providers, and AI assistants via AI Connect such as Claude or ChatGPT through a secure connector). Your use of those tools may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Medplix.AI is a management and information tool and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medplix.AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Suspension & termination
You may cancel your subscription as per your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, you may request export of your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at our registered place of business shall have jurisdiction over any disputes. We will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
